🫡 Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy to engage our ARMY community and grow our online presence.
• Create, schedule, and post content (graphics, videos, captions, etc.) that reflects the spirit of BTS and our project.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across platforms to foster a positive and inclusive community.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative campaigns, hashtags, and trends to keep our content fresh and exciting.
• Track and analyze social media performance to optimize strategies and improve engagement.

🧑‍💻 Requirements

• A passionate BTS fan and member of the OT7 ARMY.
• Experience managing social media platforms and publishers for personal or professional projects.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Creative mindset with excellent writing and communication skills.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) are a plus but not required.
• Effective communication in English is necessary, but it doesn’t have to be perfect—we’re a diverse and supportive team!
